RECORDING SESSIONS
What you receive.
Every booked session delivers a stereo mix (2-track) of what was recorded during your booked time, sent to the email on file. Raw session files are available on written request.
What a session is.
You are booking a room, an engineer, and a block of time. Different engineers work at different speeds and apply different amounts of polish. A session does not guarantee a finished, mixed, or mastered song. Mixing and mastering are separate services.
Session timing.
Sessions begin and end at the booked times. Late arrival does not extend the session.
File storage.
Session files are stored for 120 days from the session date and may be deleted afterward without notice. Request raw files before that window closes. Extended storage available on request.
Guests.
Studio A holds up to 7 people. Studio B holds up to 4 people. Non-smoking facility.
CREATIVE MEDIA
What you receive.
Finished projects only — 4K MP4 delivered through Google Drive. Raw footage is not delivered.
Photo count.
10 fully edited photos per hour booked. A two-hour shoot delivers 20.
Turnaround.
5–7 business days, counted from the shoot date.
Revisions.
Two rounds included. A round is any set of changes requested after a version is delivered. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Revisions are returned within 5-7 business days. Additional rounds beyond the first two are billed at $100/hour.
On-location shoots.
We travel up to 60 miles from 401 Scott Street, Covington KY. Beyond that, $1 per additional mile (round trip). Securing location permits and property owner permission is the client's responsibility, not ours.

All Services
Deposits.
A deposit is required to secure every booking, including before any planning or consultation work begins on Creative Media projects.
Cancellation.
Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' written notice (email or text) for a full deposit refund or credit toward rebooking. Inside 24 hours, and no-shows, forfeit the deposit.
