Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, using our services, or communicating with If We Die We Die Co LLC ("IWDWD Co," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

IWDWD Co provides audio and visual services including recording, production, photography, and videography at our studio located at 401 Scott St, Floor 3, Covington, KY 41011. Mixing and mastering are available as separate services by written arrangement and are not included in recording session bookings. All services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.

Booking & Scheduling

Sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by direct communication with IWDWD Co. A booking is considered confirmed once you receive written or SMS confirmation from us. IWDWD Co reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided to the client.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of booking. IWDWD Co reserves the right to require a deposit to secure a session. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services. All rates are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and reschedules require at least 24 hours' written notice (email or text) to receive a full deposit refund or credit toward rebooking. Cancellations made inside 24 hours, and no-shows, forfeit the deposit. Sessions begin and end at the booked times; late arrival does not extend the session. Full terms are set out in the Studio Service Agreement.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, clients retain ownership of their original compositions. Ownership of recordings and deliverables produced during sessions at IWDWD Co is governed by the Studio Service Agreement. Clients grant IWDWD Co permission to reference completed work for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing prior to the session.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the content they bring to sessions and confirm they hold all necessary rights and permissions for any material recorded or produced. Clients agree to conduct themselves professionally while at our studio. IWDWD Co reserves the right to terminate a session without refund due to disruptive, harmful, or unlawful behavior.

Limitation of Liability

IWDWD Co is not liable for any loss, damage, or corruption of client recordings or materials beyond our reasonable control. Clients are encouraged to maintain personal backups of all content. Our total liability in any matter arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific session in question.

Privacy Policy & SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from IWDWD Co. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from IWDWD Co, including scheduling confirmations, studio directions, session-related communications, and transactional service updates.

  1. Our messaging program consists of standard notifications about customer purchases or relationships with our business, as well as general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.

  2. To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to (513) 445-4426. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us, except for that confirmation. To opt back in, simply sign up again as you did originally.

  3. For help with the messaging program, text HELP to the number from which you received messages, or contact us directly at studios@iwdwdco.com or (513) 445-4426.

  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  5. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to or from us. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. Contact your wireless provider with any questions about your text or data plan.

Opt-In: You may opt in by submitting your mobile phone number through our online contact or booking form, or by providing written consent at the point of service.

  • Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

  • Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Customer information is used solely for IWDWD Co's business operations and service-related communications.

  • We do not sell, transfer, or disclose consumer personal data to external organizations under any circumstances, including with user consent, except as required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Kenton County, Kentucky.

Changes to These Terms

IWDWD Co reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update.
