Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, using our services, or communicating with If We Die We Die Co LLC ("IWDWD Co," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

IWDWD Co provides audio and visual services including but not limited to recording, mixing, mastering, and production at our studio located at 401 Scott St, Floor 3, Covington, KY 41011. All services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.

Booking & Scheduling

Sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by direct communication with IWDWD Co. A booking is considered confirmed once you receive written or SMS confirmation from us. IWDWD Co reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided to the client.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of booking. IWDWD Co reserves the right to require a deposit to secure a session. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services. All rates are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. IWDWD Co reserves the right to enforce cancellation fees at its discretion.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, clients retain ownership of their original compositions and recordings produced during sessions at IWDWD Co. IWDWD Co does not claim ownership of client content. Clients grant IWDWD Co permission to reference completed work for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing prior to the session.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the content they bring to sessions and confirm they hold all necessary rights and permissions for any material recorded or produced. Clients agree to conduct themselves professionally while at our studio. IWDWD Co reserves the right to terminate a session without refund due to disruptive, harmful, or unlawful behavior.

Limitation of Liability

IWDWD Co is not liable for any loss, damage, or corruption of client recordings or materials beyond our reasonable control. Clients are encouraged to maintain personal backups of all content. Our total liability in any matter arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific session in question.

SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from IWDWD Co related to your booking, session updates, studio directions, and service-related communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Kenton County, Kentucky.

Changes to These Terms

IWDWD Co reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update.
